Terms of Service
Last updated 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using Dignity Work Initiative.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using DWI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Who Can Use DWI
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use DWI. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details up to date.
3. Our Role
DWI is a marketplace that connects households with workers. We help verify workers and facilitate introductions, but the work agreement is between the client and the worker. DWI is not the employer of any worker on the platform.
4. Conduct & Safety
All users agree to act honestly, respectfully, and lawfully. Harassment, fraud, discrimination, or any unsafe behavior may result in suspension or removal from the platform.
5. Payments & Fees
DWI is free to join. Any applicable fees for services will be clearly communicated before you commit. Clients and workers are responsible for honoring the terms they agree to for each job.
6. Limitation of Liability
DWI is provided on an “as is” basis. While we work hard to keep the marketplace safe, we are not liable for the conduct of any user or the outcome of any job arranged through the platform.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of DWI after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
